I find that Twitter ads are generally cheaper than Facebook ads but I can’t say for sure whether they’re better at getting customers. Clicks and impressions aren’t the same as sales and I haven’t gone that far with it due to a lack of budget.
Finding out about the name and brand message was useful for you. I found building SaaS I’ve left the onboarding and brand to other people until product is ready to explain even so think will get much more feedback and understanding when opened up to wider users

@Tristan: I agree. This is extremely valuable to me. I’m getting a fair amount of email commentary which is helping me understand where the gaps are.
